These terms govern your use of NexPath ("the App"), published by Seagra Technology Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
The App is a free client that creates an encrypted connection to the servers of a service provider with which you hold an account. The App itself does not sell network service. Accounts, plans, billing, refunds and server availability are provided and managed by your service provider under its own terms.
You must use the App in compliance with all laws that apply to you. You may not use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, spread malware, attack networks, or access content in violation of its terms of service or licensing restrictions.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control. Open-source components included in the App are licensed under their own licenses.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App or any service provider will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or of any service provider's service.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to the App if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

我们授予你个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，在你拥有或控制的设备上使用本应用。本应用中的开源组件按其各自的许可证授权。
本应用按“现状”提供，不作任何形式的保证。我们不保证本应用或任何服务商的服务不中断、无错误或在所有地区可用。
在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用本应用或任何服务商服务而产生的间接、附带或后果性损失，我们不承担责任。
你可随时删除本应用以停止使用。如你违反本协议，我们可暂停你对本应用的使用。
我们可能更新本协议。更新后继续使用即视为接受更新后的协议。
